Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order? Most of our customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. We take 1–3 business days to carefully hand-pack and verify your order before it's on its way.
How do I keep an eye on my package? Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email or text. Keep in mind it typically takes 24–72 hours for the carrier to reflect the most current tracking status.
Do you ship outside the USA? At this time, we proudly serve customers within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept? We offer flexible payment options including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in? All transactions are processed in USD ($).
My payment didn't go through — what should I do? Not to worry! Start by confirming your billing address matches your card on file, or try an alternate payment method. If the problem continues, your bank may be holding the transaction for security purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your "Easy Return" policy? Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it — just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange? Simply email us at support@rutce.com with your order number and we'll send you step-by-step instructions along with the return address.
Are there any hidden fees for returns? Absolutely not. rutce does not charge restocking fees. The only cost you may be responsible for is return shipping if the return is due to a change of mind.
Troubleshooting
My tracking says "Delivered," but my package isn't here. Carriers occasionally scan packages before they arrive. We recommend waiting 24–48 hours, and checking with neighbors or your building's front desk. If it still hasn't shown up, contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us so we can assist.
I received the wrong item — what now? We sincerely apologize for the mix-up! Please email a photo of the incorrect item along with your order number to support@rutce.com and we'll make it right by shipping the correct item immediately at no charge.
